I’ve been a part of the Monthly Twitter Writing Challenges for over a year now. Finally in June 2016, I’ve stepped up to lead the challenge. The Challenge has helped me build a regular writing routine, but there are plenty of other reasons to join the ride.

Why the Monthly Twitter Writing Challenge rocks

  • it’s achievable and sustainable – you only commit to 500 words per day or 1 hour of editing
  • it’s a great online community – Monthly Writing Challengers are supportive and encouraging. We’re all in this together.
  • it all adds up – after a month at 500 words per day, you’ve got 15,000 words. That’s a decent start to a new project. Almost a novella.
